Delivery & Packaging

We respect the privacy of all of our customers, therefore there are no logos or indication as to where the parcel has come from on the box.

All products are packed discreetly in brown boxes or bubble wrapped envelopes, depending on the size of your order, with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All order labels have a non-descriptive returns address, no business name just a simple postal address.

On your bank statement, your transaction will appear as Fensco Ltd.

We offer free delivery for orders more than £10. The courier will be either Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the weight and size of the order. 

All goods are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will NOT be left on the door step or with neighbours.

Parcel up to 2KG
Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.50. Delivery takes 2-3 days.

Parcel up to 30KG
DPD Next Working Day: £5.50. Delivery takes 1 working day.

Weekend Delivery
DPD Weekend Delivery: £7.65. Up to 30KG. Delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you wish to know where your parcel is at any specific time you can check on its current shipping status by entering the parcel label number or tracking number provided to you:

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched and delivered via DPD Next Working Day Delivery Service.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: If you are not in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.

DPD Courier: If you are not in when the parcel arrives, DPD will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us.
