Returns & Refunds


If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for up to 30 days and we will be happy to exchange your item(s) or process a refund for you. All items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. All lingerie must be unworn with all tags attached. Items considered faulty or damaged can also be returned for up to 365 days after purchase.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, the following terms have to be met:

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

8. All returns must include any instruction manuals, leaflets, cards and packaging with your order, even if its faulty as we may not be able to process any replacement without this information included.


If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

It is easy to return a product to us. Please either send us a quick email to with the order information and return reasons, or fill out our online Returns Form. We will send you the returns instructions by email.

If the item is faulty, there is a Freepost address you may use within the first month of purchase. Please contact us for the Freepost address to return a faulty item.

The Freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty items from within the UK. When we receive the item back, it will be checked. If the item is not faulty and the Freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £4.20 for the cost of postage.

Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

Replacement faulty items are sent back out to customers free of charge.

All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused.

We offer a one year warranty on everything. If the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.

If you choose a lower priced product as a replacement, we are unable to refund the difference. We cannot send a higher priced item with a payment for the difference.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for postage and shipping charges on any orders.

We process your order as soon as we receive it to ensure you have the item as quickly as possible. Therefore, the quicker you contact us to cancel, the better. If you’d like to cancel an order, please email us or fill in the Returns Form immediately after placing your order.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel your order and refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order.

If your order has already been processed but has not yet been delivered, you can refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

If your order has already been delivered and signed for, please follow the Return Procedure described above.

We have a PO Box number for returning items that are not broken.
